News on Running and Completed R&D Projects
Between 14. and 15. of March 2017 at the Headquarters of Technological Center AITIIP in Spanish Zaragoza the 2nd working meeting of the consortium of project partners from Spain, Slovenia and Sweden was held for the European project BAQUA LIFE.
TECOS, Slovenian Tool and Die Development Centre started a Strategic Partnership with the leading organisation - AITIIP Technology Centre (Spain) and other reputable partners such as Fraunhofer (Germany), UNIPI (Italy) and Tecnopackaging (Spain), within the European ERASMUS+ project BIOPLASTICTRAIN (New training contents for plastic transformation technicians about bioplastics and biopolymers). Project officially started with the 1st of November 2016 and will be continued for another two years. The introductory kick-off meeting was organised by the Coordinator AITIIP in Zaragoza, Spain from 8th until 9th of November 2016.

TECOS Slovenian Tool and Die Development Centre started the cooperation with AMBI-Metalpast d.o.o. (AMBI) on the European three-years long LIFE + project LIFE BAQUA (Solutions through the new use for a waste of banana crop to develop products and Aquaculture and plastics sector), which officially began in July 2016. The introductory kick-off meeting was organised by Coordinator University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria in Las Palmas from 14.th until 15.th of September 2016.

Start of the Entrepreneurial Development with European Dimension project, co-financed through Civil Society Dialogue between EU and Turkey – IV in the domain Enterprise and Industrial Policy Grant Scheme (CSD - IV/ENT).
Our primary R&D role in the i-Vital project was to develop, produce and test hardware equipment for a wind-powered system for accumulation of energy generated during driving.
Intelligent packaging based on nano technology principles was developed in the frame of the four year project together with partners. Among project overview the conference will also showcase three demonstrator products.
